Joanne oversees Pinnacle’s compliance department, working to ensure Pinnacle adheres to all external requirements, follows a robust program of internal controls, and manages risk for Pinnacle and its clients. Joanne has diverse experience in compliance within the fund administration and asset management industries, both onshore and offshore. In her previous role as an Executive Director in New York City, Joanne was the Head of Financial Crime of the Asset Management division of UBS covering the Americas Region. Before this role, Joanne acted as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with MUFG Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd.
Joanne is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC Montreal in Canada, a Bachelor of Laws from BPP Law School in the United Kingdom, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University Laval in Canada.
