Pinnacle Expands U.S. Presence with New Office in Scottsdale, Arizona

Pinnacle is pleased to announce the opening of its new U.S. West office in Scottsdale, Arizona, marking another strategic milestone in the company’s continued expansion across North America. 

This expansion reflects Pinnacle’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to investment fund managers and family offices across the Western and Midwestern United States. The Scottsdale office extends our growing global footprint, supporting a client base that values high-touch, accurate, and efficient fund administration services. 

Following the successful 2023 launch of Pinnacle Europe in Valencia, Spain, Managing Partner of Pinnacle US, Alex Chapman, has returned to the United States to lead the new Arizona office.  His focus will be to further strengthen Pinnacle’s presence and client relationships in the region. 

Meanwhile, Pinnacle Co-Founder David Smith will increase his time in Valencia, driving the ongoing success of our European operations, which now includes a team of 12 professionals. The Valencia office plays a key role in supporting North American operations, ensuring seamless workflows and timely deliverables through the firm’s global operating model. 

With the addition of Scottsdale, Pinnacle now operates from offices in Westport, CT, and Scottsdale, AZ, Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, and Valencia, Spain. This expansion coincides with two important milestones for the firm: surpassing US$50 billion in assets under administration and reaching a global team of 100 employees. 

Client referrals have largely driven Pinnacle’s continued growth, reflecting the firm’s exceptional team, proprietary reporting technology, and industry-leading employee retention. The firm’s expertise spans closed-ended and open-ended fund structures.  Recently, it has grown to include hybrid/evergreen funds and family offices.
