David Smith Named CFA Institute 2017 Volunteer of the Year

Vancouver – Pinnacle Fund Services (“Pinnacle”) is proud to announce that David Smith, Managing Director, has won the 2017 CFA Institute 2017 Volunteer of the Year Award.  This award recognizes society leaders who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, society involvement, strategic achievements, innovation, and involvement beyond the society. It is voted on by all the presiding Presidents of the CFA Societies.  David is the current president of CFA Society Vancouver.

In addition to the Volunteer of the Year Award, CFA Society Vancouver, under David’s leadership, won the Society Excellence Award for most outstanding Society.  This award recognises CFA Institute member societies who have made an outstanding impact and contribution to delivering member value and furthering the mission of CFA Institute in their communities.

These are tremendous achievements and Pinnacle congratulates David for his continuous efforts in furthering excellence in the financial community.
