David Smith Named CFA Institute 2017 Volunteer of the Year

Pinnacle Fund Services (“Pinnacle”) proudly announces that David Smith, Managing Director, has received the 2017 CFA Institute Volunteer of the Year Award.

The award recognizes society leaders who demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic achievement, innovation, and meaningful involvement beyond their local society. Presidents from CFA societies worldwide vote on the award. David currently serves as President of CFA Society Vancouver.

Under David’s leadership, CFA Society Vancouver also received the Society Excellence Award for Most Outstanding Society. This award recognizes member societies that deliver exceptional value to members and advance the CFA Institute’s mission within their communities.
